My recent visit was very good. Walking into the rasa wing reminded me of entering paradise! the staff greeted me so warmly. my room featured a garden and a very comfy bed. the location ensured peace. the afternoon tea was a good treat. i felt pampered with the turn-down service!
the gym could use a few more free weights. it has mostly cardio machines, i noticed.

the grounds include multiple pools, tennis courts, and direct beach access. the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to georgetown at 10 am and 1 pm. a taxi to penang hill is roughly 45 minutes.

breakfast features extensive buffet options with fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. spice market cafe offers diverse cuisine with fresh ingredients. afternoon tea in the rasa lounge offers cakes and sandwiches and i loved it.

Staff members are consistently friendly, cute, and helpful and are eager to assist with any request. housekeeping meticulously cleans rooms daily. I appreciated this extra effort. the front desk efficiently handles check-in and any inquiries.

mixed feelings about this resort
hotel inflexibility
i encountered issues. the front desk staff seemed unhelpful, calling me down twice to pay a deposit, although i provided a credit card at check-in. the hotel's inflexibility regarding a late check-out request, despite my significant spending, was really disappointing.

The breakfast venues were amazing. Both offered different but equally superb experiences. i loved relaxing on the patios right next to the beach, such a treat! the gym had everything i needed. It was fully equipped and very well maintained for a good workout.
